I began creating a selection of Handmade Glass Decorations in 2021 at my London based studio. The first series of decoration were the optical Little Snowflake, followed by the Glittering Garlands (Small & Large), Sparkling Hearts (sold only from my studio) and Sparkling Mini Hearts (sold only from my studio).
Each Handmade Glass Decoration is unique and makes the perfect gift.
Each Handmade Glass Decoration comes with Satin Ribbon and in a presentation box tied with a bow of Satin Ribbon. Included is a Handmade Glass Decoration Care Card, and small microfibre cloth to keep your Handmade Glass Decoration sparkling.
To keep your Handmade Glass Decoration safe on its way to you it will be sent in a shiny yellow bubble envelope that you won't be able to miss.

Payment
Within the UK
If you are within the U.K. and have a UK bank account, I will issue a PDF invoice that must be paid in full upon receipt. Once payment has been received I will ship the decoration/s to you.
Outside the UK
If you are within the U.K. but don’t have a U.K. bank account or live outside of the U.K. I take payment via PayPal. I will issue a PDF invoice that must be paid in full upon receipt and I will also convert the amount from GBP to your currency. I will also add the exchange rate charge to the full price. Once payment has been received I will ship the work to you.
Processing time
The time I need to prepare an order for dispatch varies. I will discuss this with you directly.
Same Glass Decoration?
Each Little Snowflake or Glittering Garland is unique and each are handmade, so there will be slight variations in transparency and thickness.
Shipping
Within the UK
All orders will be sent via The Royal Mail via Track and Sign to make sure your order arrives safely. Once your parcel is in the post, I will send you a notification email with the Tracking Number and Tracking Link.
Outside the UK
All orders outside of the UK will be sent via Track and Sign using The Royal Mail. Once the parcel is posted I will send you an email notification with the Track and Sign number and Royal Mail website link. *Please note that if you live in a location with slow delivery times, please make your order as soon as possible to avoid disappointment or late arrival of your decorations.
Posting Days
During the Christmas period I send parcels on Mondays and Thursdays.
Arrives damaged
I make sure that each decoration is wrapped carefully, but should a decoration arrive damaged, please contact me directly via email. Please also include a photograph of the broken decoration.
Returns
I hope that every decoration brings joy to its new home, but if you are unhappy with your decoration a full refund of the decoration will be issued, excluding the postage and packing fee. Please note that the decoration must be retuned in it’s original packaging and the packaging must not be damaged.
