The Hearts Invisible Furies in Black was inspired by the surrounding landscape of Stockholm’s rock formations, lava flow, and the Greek mythological creatures called Erinyes, who are the deities of vengeance. A thin layer of clear sheet glass gives a glint to the surface of the piece, whilst the light-absorbing black glass brings a depth that draws the eye in. This piece is very powerful and would be a strong statement in any room.
